Greene Township Residents: Fall Disposal & Recycling Programs As fall approaches, Greene Township residents have several opportunities to properly dispose of bulk items, white goods, tires, and yard waste. Here’s everything you need to know to take advantage of the township’s programs this season. Landfill Voucher Program – Blue Ridge Landfill Residents of Greene Township can use the Blue Ridge Landfill at 1660 Orchard Road, Chambersburg, PA 17202, up to six Saturdays per year . Voucher cards are available for free at the Greene Township Office (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM). You’ll need a valid driver’s license to verify your address, and vouchers are available to Greene Township residents only . Bulk Item Drop-Off Bulk items can be dropped off Saturdays only, from 7:30 AM – 11:00 AM at Blue Ridge Landfill. Please note that white goods and metals are not accepted through this program.
