Landfill Voucher Program – Blue Ridge Landfill Residents of Greene Township can use the Blue Ridge Landfill at 1660 Orchard Road, Chambersburg, PA 17202, up to six Saturdays per year . Voucher cards are available for free at the Greene Township Office (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM). You’ll need a valid driver’s license to verify your address, and vouchers are available to Greene Township residents only .
