Looking for the perfect city home with great amenities and a convenient location? I recently toured several Harrisburg apartments and here’s what I found!


1. Executive House Apartments

101 S 2nd St #2, Harrisburg, PA 17101

  • Studio: $1,170–$1,435

  • 1 Bedroom, 1 Bath: $1,315–$1,385

  • Features: Scenic river views from higher floors, parking available for a fee, fitness center, office area, friendly staff, laundry not in unit. Conveniently located across from the hospital.


2. Pennsylvania Place

301 Chestnut St, Harrisburg, PA 17101

  • 1 Bedroom: $1,100–$1,340

  • Note: Leasing office was closed during visit; unable to view unit.


3. Town House Apartments

660 Boas St, Harrisburg, PA 17102

  • Studio: $910–$985

  • 1 Bedroom, 1 Bath: $1,105–$1,295

  • Features: Laundry in basement, high-rise living with beautiful views, close to Capitol and college campus, ample parking.


4. 2311 N. Front Street - 1011

Harrisburg, PA 17110

  • Studio, 1 Bath: $695

  • Application Fee: $35

  • Affordable option with flexible leasing office. Penthouse available but may not be ideal for everyone.


5. LUX Apartments

231 State St, Harrisburg, PA 17101

  • $1,300–$1,650 (includes condo fee, water, sewer, trash, fitness center, rooftop deck)

  • Features: Rooftop views, in-unit laundry, gym, parking nearby (low-cost city parking & paid deck around the corner), private ownership, steps from the Capitol.


6. Old City Hall Apartments

423 Walnut St, Harrisburg, PA 17101

  • 1 Bedroom, 1 Bath: $1,450–$1,773

  • Features: Victorian charm with chandeliers and staircases, billiards room, fitness center, convenient downtown location near Capitol and Strawberry Square, parking available.
